At The Supps, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality health supplements. We understand that occasionally, you may need to return a product or seek a refund. This Returns and Refund Policy outlines our guidelines to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.


PLEASE NOTE:

ALL PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM THIS WEBSITE ARE NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

For issues such as rashes, stomach upset, headache, flavour dislike, or any other similar concerns, products are not eligible for returns or refunds. We strongly recommend consulting your doctor before purchasing our products.


However, returns and refunds are accepted under the following conditions:

The product must be unused, with the original box and invoice intact. The package must be returned to:

IMPORTANT:

For any return/refund claim to be processed:

  • A video must be recorded showing:

    • The AWB number

    • The invoice number

    • The sealed product

  • The parcel box/packet and tags (if any) must be intact.

  • The box must be sealed/unopened.


1. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

In Case of COD Order:

If the package is opened or tampered with, DO NOT ACCEPT it. Take a video showing the AWB number and invoice on the package, and contact us within 24 hours via:

After our investigation, we will ship your product again.

In Case of Prepaid Order:

If you receive a tampered package, take a video (AWB + invoice visible), notify us within 24 hours via email or WhatsApp, and return the package in the same condition via Speed Post to the address provided. After our investigation:

  • We will request your bank details

  • A refund will be processed within 7 business days


2. INCORRECT PRODUCT RECEIVED

If you receive the wrong product or incorrect quantity:

  • Record an unboxing video with visible AWB and invoice number

  • Notify us within 24 hours via email or WhatsApp

  • Do not open or damage the incorrect product

  • Return the product via Speed Post

Once we receive the return, we will either reship the correct product or refund your amount + shipping charges.


3. MISSING PRODUCT IN PACKAGE

If any item is missing from your order:

  • Record an unboxing video with visible AWB and invoice number

  • Notify us within 24 hours

  • After verification, we will reship the missing product or initiate a refund


4. CANCELLATION OF PRODUCT

If you cancel before dispatch, we’ll refund your amount.

  • Any voucher code used will be void

  • A 10% cancellation fee (on original price) will be deducted

  • Refund will be processed within 7 business days


5. CHANGE OF MIND

If you change your mind within 7 days of delivery, we’ll accept the return, provided:

  • Product is sealed and unused

  • Invoice and original packaging are intact

  • Tags and labels (if any) are undamaged

You must:

  • Record a video of the parcel (AWB + invoice visible)

  • Contact us via email or WhatsApp

  • Return the parcel via Speed Post to our address

A 10% return fee (on original price) will be deducted, and shipping charges will be reimbursed. The remaining amount will be refunded within 7 business days.
